All of our seven bedrooms are en suite with bath or shower, and colour TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock and attractive furnishings including high quality comfortable beds for that all important sleep.

With thick fluffy towels, crisp white linen and luxury toiletries produced locally on Alston Moor using pure, fairly traded ingredients, we have all the extras to make your stay special.

Being an older building, rooms do vary in shape and size but all are well appointed and comfortable. There are family rooms, doubles, singles or twins offering accommodation for up to 17 guests in total. (We are able to offer attractive discounted rates for group bookings)

Both fell views and garden views are available.

The house café and bar areas are very spacious with views of the fells as well as our own well tended gardens, which feature secret areas for unwinding and relaxing.

Please note: Although the hotel is usually a very quiet and peaceful venue, Alston House is also a popular wedding/function venue.
